SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We only ship within the United States at this time. Please email us if you are an international customer.

Free shipping for orders placed over $100.

​

All domestic orders will be processed in 3-5 days and shipped via UPS Ground.

​

Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. .

​

Please let us know if you require any special shipping needs and we will do our best to accommodate you. To make arrangements, please email info@thedryflysociety.com.

​

Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for online orders within 10 days of order delivery as indicated by the customer’s provided tracking number unless stated otherwise on each product page. After 10 days, we will allow unworn items to be returned for a store credit.

We will not accept any returns sent by post without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please contact us at info@thedryflysociety.com.

 

We ask that all returns be in unworn condition and must be approved by QA upon receipt. Upon inspection and approval either refund or store credit.

We do not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods while they are in transit from the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return item(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition, and we strongly recommend using an appropriate carrier with a tracking system. If any matters of liability arise, they will be dealt with and settled between the customer and the return shipping company directly.
